July, 2022 - Last day as an Internal Communications Intern at Fitch. I accepted a return offer to work in Talent Acquistion and took this day to celebrate the end of my internship with my fellow interns

August, 2022 - First day as a "TA Coordinator" after graduation

August 22, 2023 - 1 year anniversary at Fitch. At this point in my career, I recruited a 20 person class of early talent engineers, saw huge growth of knowledge in HR, and built a comfortable relationship with my colleagues feeling a better sense of a "team."

August 22, 2024 - 2 years at Fitch. At this point, I've recruited two classes of software engineers, as well as Associate Analysts for Fitch's technology and Analytical teams. I felt a great sense of confidence in everything I've achieved. I've also developed formal knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, an understanding of employment laws, procedures, and business contexts within Fitch that impact the recruitment strategies employed by the TA Team. I began thinking more strategically about how I work and the ways that recruitment is conducted.

Summer 2024 - A month before the immersion week for the HCAT program, I took an SQl and Database Management class to better understand the intersection between technology and HR. This helped me conceptualize how these skills are vital for professionals working in the People Analytics function and set a foundation for my journey in working within this space.

September, 2024 - First day of the NYU HCAT program. I started the school year through an immersion week where I met with my other HCAT peers making company visits and listening in on lectures by industry leaders within the People Analytics field.
